Got my velocity red 192 in April 2004 (built probably February). Noticed within first week two pinhead sized spots (silver coloured) under lacquer. More and more are appearing and some are now bubbling up through lacquer. Now several spots over every panel in car. Anyone else noticing similar? Dealer is having examined.

 

Got mine on the 6th of May, so it is probably built in the same period. I've not seen the spots as you discribed.

 

Got mine in January and for the moment no problems with the red paint.
