pride or prejudice

Now that the car is coming (hopefully), are you like in the mouth watering position that this car is going to cause jaws to drop.

People here at work cant wait to see it, as each day passes more and more people are coming up to me and saying "i hear your getting an rx8 when you getting it and can i see it ?"

Think i might become a re-seller for Mazda, how much commission guys will i get if i give a few test drives that result in sales.

One chap today has said if he likes it as much in the flesh as it does in pictures he will be ordering one.

I've been pestered at work with 'whens if coming' questions since may.

I'm taking the best part of the first week of ownership off as Al, so I can be with my baby (my wife!) and run the car in round lakes/scotland

I thought you did when we voted for the Scottish Folly otherwise known as the Great Disaster that is the Scottish Parliament building.

Bet you if those that voted for it knew back then exactly how long and how much it will end up costing they wouldnt have voted for it in the first place.

After all who would be so daft as to promise delivery for the Summer only to end up failing and proving unable to set an accurate date for delivery?
I cant think of anyone else who would be that naive............

Only goes to show politicians are greedy, not only do they want power, they want a new shiney building to execute it from. Has devolution helped? I bet not, and I bet its cost something stupid cash wise already (over and above the building fiasco).

The whole devolved parliament thing is utter bollox anyhow, we'll all soon be ruled from brussels by president Blaire anyhow.

Holyrood costs now exceed £400million.
Initial estimate by the Late Donald Dewar was for £40million.
Okay you can be excused some latitude on spec changes BUT OVER £360million in spec changes?

The Scottish Public were sold a dummy big time.

I booked a week off to take delivery of my very first brand new car.

Renault delivered it one week late!!! telling me each day that it should be there either that afternoon or the following day!
