Different situations call for different cars. There are times when a stock Miata is the perfect ticket. But in the perceived intent of this thread, I would have to say that the Saleen S7 is lookin' pretty nice to me.

0-60 really is a misleading way to judge cars... try looking for video of the cars... the enzo sounds incredibly cool and pretty much looks like what a spaceship should like like in the year 2050 as far as interior controls... i mean it has an LCD information monitor on the instrumentation... Mazda could learn a bit here.
plus the mclaren can reach 240mph. Two hundred and forty miles per hour. Just insane.

ok so the mclaren makes up the 1/10th at the mile marker where they're even, but i just like the saleen better and who really drives over 200mph anyway? and you can buy 3 saleen's for the price of the mclaren.
but hey put the f1 in my driveway and i'm not complaining :D
htere was a car from norway a couple of years ago that was awesome but i can't remember the name --it started with a "Z"
anyon remember it?

hmm. tough choice.
I have to stick to one? I'll try...
Lamo Miura, and a countache lp500s (not the aniversary model).
Am vantage, vanquish.
Spyker C8 Spyder
Lotus Elise
Caterham R500
Ultima GTR
Thats as short as I can make a list.

Zonda, or Mclaren F1 - seats 3 and 2 sets of clubs! Or how about the new Lambo Mercielago? Never catch me in a Ferrari - they break down if you use them too much...

I might have to go with the Bertone Birusa Concept from the Geneva auto show

Even comes with a Segway if you breakdown. And the the two piece glass roof slides, stacks and stows in the boot! Did I mention the BMW 5.0 liter v-8, and trick doors?
Based on the Z8 platform, this car may see production.

Ok Ed, so the Enzo will be in the garage now and again.
It doesn't matter 'cause I'd just roll out this one.
Agree Mark W?

Zonda is awesome.
Remember the Top Gear? episode when it left the new Lambo Murcelago for dead in a drag race. It made the Lambo look slow and that has 570bhp!

I don't suppose you own one do you? If not, have you ever tried sitting in one? If so, how can you live with that interior? Also the seam welded panels look odd and the car is very boxey.
I know the guys down at Autodelta, and they recently supercharged a SZ so I went down to have a look. Nice engine, good handling, but couldn't stand the exterior or interior.
OK, no more ranting :D
I think it is safe to assume that I am not a big fan of that particular car

I knew that someone would hurl some abuse about the SZ (suprised only one!) It was the other vehicle I was looking out for when I purchased the RX-7. So no I don't own one but I have driven one, loved it.
Point taken on the interior, well the dash at least is not too pretty.
However, the exterior is something else, stunning, you either love it or hate it!
Putting money aside still undecided!

I suppose I have to respect the fact that the exterior is unique and different.
You are correct in that it is one of those exteriors that divides opinion, namely you love it and I hate it!
Still each to his own, respect for being so different :D
