MAZDA - Accessory prices please !

Mazda -

Could someone please give us an indication of when the price list will be available ?

In theory , it is 6 weeks to the first cars and given there could well be a 28 day lead time on some accessories , it would be good to be able to start ordering soon !

Do you know when this will be available please ?

Spoke to Mazda this morning who advised that they should be ready by the end of this month but one can lodge name and address with them for automatic sending out.

Why should we have to lodge our name and address. Surely they should be sending these out to all pre-orderers. Im sure that is what we have been told before.
