Leeds dealership with lots of rx8s

I'd just like to say I took a few pics which crabacle should be posting on the owners web site soon. (www.rx8ownersclub.co.uk)

When I was at the dealer it was very nice to see they were not letting people into RX8s ordered by anyone. Only the show cars.
Considering what I have heard about some other dealerships, then I have to congratulate them, especially as mine is now awaiting. :D

Mine is one of those but unfortunately it is a little bit broken

I'm off in tomorrow to see if its worth fixing up or waiting another 2 months for another to be sent.

Body work only apparently. It needs a replacement door and some work on the wheel arch. I have a choice to make - wait or repair.

tough one to call unfortunately.
I heard that 3% of all delivered cars were damaged in some way in transit...

If it were me I would think long and hard. I would even go as far as trying to find out if you could get a perfect one faster by pressurising the dealer.

Alternatively you could always say that it is just a baptism bump and live with it cos lets face it it will get scratched/dented soon...

Prism, sorry to hear that. I think I'll be a little bit more attentive when I (eventually) get mine.

Well I've just been and although I couldn't see the car as its already in the shop I do have a delivery date of the 5th Dec for a replacement. If I was to take the damaged one it would be ready by next weekend 15th Nov so I'm going to wait the three weeks instead.

The dealer seems quite keen to keep the fixed up original as a demo car as they say they have had a huge interest just in the first week and they need two demos just to keep up

As a side note, a new front door costs just £150 plus fitting and if this is representive of other body parts this is good news for someone who parks a car like me. Four bumps in my last car, none over 5mph :o
