Canadian RX8 Owner Says Hello Italy !!
 

I live in Toronto Canada and work for an Italian Company with Headquarters in Verona. I was last in Verona in September 04 and will probably will be back June - July of this year. I'd love to be able to bring my Sweet 8 to your Sweet Country.
Do any of you ever come to Toronto ? If you do and we plan it in advance, we can meet the RX8 family here in Canada. We get together on a regular basis. We have a meet today in a town outside of Toronto. All day and some of us all night.
So what do you 8s do in Italy ?
I'd love to meet some of you and drive around Lake Garda .. See Milan .. Drink some Amarone .. Barolo and have some of your fantastic food. Oh yea and your ladies with their long hair, long legs and sexy shoes.. I'll bring my ZZ Top CD .. When the pictures and video of our meet on Saturday is ready ... I'll show you what we do in Canada.. :cool:
PS .. the guys were saying you Euro 8s have a cool truck spoiler only available in Europe ... Love to see what it looks like .. maybe buy one...

Sorry to post slightly off topic but I was hoping maybe one of my Italian RX8 friends could give me some advice.

I'm going to be on vacation in Cefalu in Sicily the second week in october, are there any good clubs or bars there? or would I have to go all the way to Plaermo for that? Any advice or recommendations would be a great help.

ciao tutti...voglio sapere quanta costa la benzina questo giorni la'? L'ultima volta che sono andato in Italia e' stato molto, molto caro.

Ci saro' l'anno prossimo e sto pensando di portare la mia RX8...ma se gas e' troppo...lascio perderlo.

I'm a Italian here in Seminole, Florida. My Great Grandfather, Great Grandmother and Grandfather came here from Venice on a boat. I wish they would have taught me some Italian before they died when I was 21 years old. I miss Nana's real traditional Italian pasta mmmmm!
