The other thread was getting a bit long so to clear things up my plan is as follows:

I now have the appropriate email address to send our email at Mazda UK and have done a first draft.

We need to get this sorted asap as they are placing orders from next Friday.

I plan to send the email on Sunday night, so those of you who want to be party to it send me your details (name, address, email and dealer name) via PM or email asap and I will mail you back a copy of the draft email.

Any requests for changes back to me before Sunday PM and then Ill send it off and see what happens.

If I could suggest that Mark posts a list of Forum Members who were included on the note, after he has sent it on Sunday.

Two questions:

1. Do you want to see a copy of the email BEFORE I send it so you can OK it? or do you just want a copy for reference?

Unfortunately I can't email it to you until tonight as it is on my home PC.

2. Therefore are the email addresses you have given me home ones? so you will be able to read it tonight/tomorrow and let me know its OK by Saturday? (oilman - I havent got one for you)

As I said before I would like to send it on Sunday so hopefully our contact will read it on Monday.

I'm quite happy for you to post the message as soon as, however I doubt Mazda UK offices are fully populated on a weekend so I doubt it will be read till Monday.

So if others would like to see it before Sunday evening thats fine by me.

Hope we get some sort of feedback soon.

Puzzled there are so few of us on the letter though, I know we all participate on the list, but ther must be those who just view who also have orders placed. It would be in their interest to get themselves added to the list as well.
