Email from Mazda (info)

Forgive me if this has been mentioned before, but I've just received an email from Deby Gutteridge (Mazda) following my visit to the Heritage Motor Museum, about certain questions I asked there ;

Q1 The price shown for accessories, do they include fitting?
A1 "The prices shown for the accessories are fitted and inclusive of VAT and any cost to paint them, if required.

Q2 My kids can't see out of the back windows, do you do specific booster seats for the 8 ?
A2 "We do have booster seats available on the range, these are priced at £95 each".

Q3 Do you have prices for the bonnet dampers and carpet mats ?
A3 "we do not as yet have confirmed pricing for the bonnet dampers and mats. We are in the process of finalising these and will send the accessories brochures and pricelists to customers when completed".

It also states that "We are intending to give pre-order customers the option of pre-ordering their accessories at this stage" and "We are aiming to have this completed by the end of August".

Thanks for the information AnilS, any chance you could drop him another e-mail asking if and when we will be updated on the production status of our cars.

Thanks,

Chris

Chris, I did respond to HER email by asking if there is any other info about the car, to get in touch.

Deby is a (vert nice) girl.

Not wanting to defend Mazdas prices, but the fact that they are fitted and painted does make them a LITTLE more reasonable.

I suppose it does make the prices a bit more acceptable, the strakes are a must but is brings the front rotary accent into play.

I thought these parts came painted from the factory, hence the different order numbers for different colours.

Also forgot to mention, although its not on the email, that if a pre-ordered car is now cancelled, that car will go to the next pre-order on the list and NOT to anyone strolling past the showroom at the time, and jumping the queue to bag it. I for one am very happy about that ?
