As far as I can tell, the next boat doesn't leave until the 12th. Let's see if we get some more news at the end of the week.

Good old Deby, I can't imagine she would even think about saying something that isn't true! It seems that dealers feel it is their duty to sex up what little information they have. Who saw that fly on-the-wall last week about Car Dealers?

And Bazza - not having a go at you, this is directed at your dealer. This EP tracking statement, I suspect is Enid Blyton too. Only the first handful of orders were given EP numbers, if you take a look at the 'EP register' later orders (which are still first 1000, mine included), are prefixed RX-8, not EP.
Finally, the letter stating month of delivery was when WE would have the car, NOT arrival in the country, everyone knows there is several weeks lead time after docking and they wouldnt dare pull a cunning stunt like that.
I think a lot of us need to take a good supply of salt each time we visit our dealers.

MarkW, many thanks for the info from Deby. I too had the same email, bar the note on the red cars. Who knows maybe the dealers have a nice surprise for us .... Oct deliveries ?
