All I really want now....

... is the accessories lists complete with prices.

I know we have been over the DISGUSTING pricing of these bits of stick-on-tin , but a couple of them I will be having (wish I was stronger and could resist on principle).

- Anyone know when we are due to get these ?
- Is the accessories catalogue I got at the blue car viewing definitive ?
- Will we get the starter button ?
- Will accessories be available and fitted when I pick up my car ?

Anyone ?

Morgan,

I emailed asking about accessories last week but have not yet had a reply. I specifically asked whether they will be available to be fitted to our cars prior to delivery.

Didnt ask about starter button, but as its not in the catalog I would think it wont be available except by import. Even then, we dont know if there is a connector for it behind the dash on the wiring loom. Having said that, I still want one!

Maybe Mazda are delaying them as they are reducing the prices!

Should have known you are on the case

Hope they are reducing the pricing... I may buy more of it then !

I would certainly spend more I think if I was more convinced of value ! See what I mean ? All that holds me back is my value perception so therefore I will only buy the essentials - if Mazda were more realistic my wallet would go wider....

I suppose we all need to set a spending limit for accessories and I am not sure what mine is. To be honest there are a lot of goodies available. Besides those metal flashes behind the front wheels I intend to improve the back a bit with perhaps a larger spoiler and larger exhaust pipes.

But as you said Mr Morgan, it is very expensive per item and I do get the impression that I am being ripped off so numbers will be kept right down.

IVO November delivery dates, can't believe the full catalogue and price list can be far away.

Thought they were considering a deal for Forum Members or did I dream that one?

Cheers

Oilman - I think we hoped and some dealers suggested that there may be some discounts but I doubt if it would be a widespread. Demand is just too strong.

The accessories are very expensive. Having said that I do want the side strakes (or whatever they are called). Mazda should give all you guys who have been waiting 8 months plus a discount on stuff. Its not like they arn't going to make money on four pieces of polished aluminium even at £60!
