Alarm lights?
Am I corrcet is saying that there is no light that comes on once the alarm is set?
I do have a flashing car/key symbol on my dash that flashes a lot (need to read up about that) but does not seem to be linked to the alarm being set.

rael you are correct that once the alarm is armed there is no flashing light to show that it is protected.
The key light flashes for 20 seconds or so after you've locked up to show that the immobiliser is active. After that is all foes dark.....
