I've search the forums and can only find one old thread on the subject. I haven't seen a picture of the RX8 with an aerial up and have to admit I dodn't notice one on the blue pre-prod.

The other thread suggested that the American models would have the aerial embedded in the read windowscreen for those having the Bose system. Is theis the case in the UK too I wonder?

 

I think it mentioned the arial in the euro press kit, I just assumed it would be in the window, seems daft to change it for a limited market, wiring, body panels, power etc.

 

Think the blokey i spoke to at The motorexpo said it was in the rear window, but as this is mazda we could find it might actually comes out the alloy wheel when it goes into production.....

 

I thought the prod model came with steel rims now?

I'm sure I have read that the aerial is in the front windscreen. Allong the top edge. It is in some other cars, though it's not common.
