Rear Swaybar Bushings - Any Interest?

As most of those reading this probably know, we sell Whiteline polyurethane front swaybar bushings for the RX-8. We are now able to get rear poly bushings as well, from a company called SuperPro that is also in Australia. Word on the street is that SuperPro makes all of Whiteline's bushings.

The issue with the rear bushings is twofold. The first concern is that the OEM bar is 16mm while the Mazdaspeed is 17mm. Therefore, unlike the front where we can sell one bushing that fits both OEM and Mazdaspeed, we'd have to offer two. Not a big deal, except they don't make a 17mm bushing. But I'm certain I could get them to make some if there was sufficient interest. They DO make a 16mm bushing.

The second concern is cost. The SuperPro bushings are slighly more expensive, meaning I'd probably charge $28 shipped for the rear set. Not sure if that's significant to anyone or not, but it is what it is.

And third (I know, I said twofold, but we're going for three!), I suspect it would take a good amount of time to get them over here. Particularly the 17mm models if that was requested, since they'd have to actually produce them. I'm thinking a 2-month wait would not be unheard of.

So the question is, do you guys want rear swaybar bushings at $28/pair? And if so, do you want them for your OEM bar or for your Mazdaspeed bar? Please post so I can get an idea if it's worth ordering and/or having some 17mm ones made up. I'll try setting up a poll as well.

And for the sake of clarity, I'm not asking for anyone to pre-order or commit to anything, I'm just trying to get a feel for what you guys would like.

I would be interested in the rear bushings for the OEM bar. I have ordered the front bushings and I will install them tomorrow. If they make a difference I would order the rear bushing when/if they're available.

You might want to start a new poll in the suspension area of the forum. Might get more people invovled.

I suspect that's a fine idea. I'll try another poll in that forum or post in it to direct folks to this one.
