So we're a little behind on the July Specials, but I've got a 500lb pallet at my front door that tells me I can start putting them together . I'm not going to give details just yet, but by early next week I'll have them posted here and on our site. Just need to verify fitment and get all of the technical specs in order.

Okay, give me a few more days. And in fact, let's just make the unnamed swaybars the August Special. Have some small packaging issues that should be resolved in a week or so, and THEN we'll get going on them.

Until then, we don't have a lot of July left, but I've got some exhausts on hand so how about we make those a special? Free shipping and discount pricing on all RX-8 Exhausts. As follows:

We have a Borla on one of our cars and a Greddy on the other, and both fit perfectly and sound very good. The Greddy shoots more flames, if that matters to you . Neither drones excessively on the highway, and won't wake up the neighbors at 'normal' rpms. Both have passed the 'wife' test (on long drives), which can often be one of the most stringent.

The peak power increase isn't much if any, but both exhausts seem to have bolstered mid-range torque. It's quite noticable right after an upshift at redline, getting going in the next gear. And at high rpms the sound really does add to the driving experience. One of our testers, who is a cornering-junkie and claimed he'd never actually buy an exhaust for his RX-8, now refuses to give the Greddy back.

One of our favorite customers has the Tanabe on and reports that it also fits perfectly and sounds great. We have not heard a lot on the HKS, but I know someone has it on and being HKS it's going to be a quality part.
