Insane Price on Tein Flex Kit - Good through the end of the year!!!

Just for fun, and because we're really close to our sales goal for the month and would like to hit it, I'm offering the Tein Flex kit we have in stock for the VERY low price of $1349 shipped. That's free shipping anywhere in the continental USA, and we'll ship to Canada or anywhere else in the world at a reduced rate. This is a new kit, directly from Tein. We opened it to take pics and to make sure it was well-packaged, but it is a brand new kit. Price is good until the ball drops in Times Square to end 2006. And this price is ONLY good for the kit we have in stock. Buy your RX-8 a late Christmas present and start the new year off right!

out of curiosity, is there anything that'll allow me to adjust the ride height automatically from inside of the car? sort of like the airbag suspension, but something that won't affect handling of the car adversely.

thanks.

Nope. Got to get out of the car, lift it, and get out the spanner wrenches to adjust.

Now to adjust the dampers from inside the car you could get the EDFC controller. Which is very slick. But that's adjusting the firmness of the shocks, not the ride-height.

i've seen at a nissan silvia at a car show that had a non air-bag lifting system. it seemed to have been motorized--sort of like the active suspension system that lowers the ride height automatically at high speeds in sl500's and other high end mercedes. know anything about it?

just curious. thanks!!

happy holidays!

Have not seen that one. Of course there are hydraulics, which we've all seen in rap videos and such, but that's not really for handling per se . And there are Praxis (?) systems for a few cars from Bridgestone that use airbags and are performance-minded, but they're really expensive and really not much fun to install.

That would be the problem with in-car adjustable ride-height; it could be done, but it would cost like crazy.
