I registered, but it did not give me the confirmation # to be used for hotel registration. After PPal, a box with a red X in the corner, the rest blank, came up, then disappeared. Nothing by email either.

you apparently have to click the "return to DGRR" link after the paypal confirmation to get it to send you to the confirmation page.

 

Umm, ok, so what do I do now to get that page to register at the lodge?

 

Log into the site, and look in the registration menu. I've added a "Registration Confirmation 2013" link for those that have completed their registration.

Why do people assume that there's never any other hotels!?

There is a microtel hotel 5~10 min down the road. You don't have to stay at the lodge just to participate... You just can't... PARTY at the lodge and drive to your hotel (legally)... I stayed there like... 3~4 years ago for $160 or so for the weekend.

After you registered for the event and payed, log into the website, and mouse over the "REGISTER" button in the red bar at the top of the page. You'll see "Event Confirmation 2013".

The event code is really only good for getting a cabin at the resort. We check IDs at the event check in.

Alright I got a quick question this will be my first time going to DGRR and I was only going on Friday. I was wondering how early does everyone usually show up and what goes on Friday there because I was only goin to go there for Friday and we were trying to get a coverage done for the meet

 

Friday is usually the group picture and check-in, but typically the itinerary is pretty loose. It's mostly a big "hangout" event.

 

Judging by the last couple of years, a lot of ppl arrive Thursday night. Even without many organized events, by 10am Friday, there are plenty of hot rotaries around and Rotards gabbing on the Lodge front porch.
