Metra Double-Din High Gloss Kit (95-7510HG) - Sold
- this is the revision that has the two extended cables.
- Everything works perfectly, no problems with temperature control
- Still have the box and instruction manual

ZEnclosure Mazda RX8 Subwoofer Enclosure - $75 obo. I paid $84.99 USD + $58.13 USD shipping ($143.12USD in Total)
- For 2 - 12" Subwoofer

17x8 MSW Type 14 Silver (x4) - Sold
- It has on 225/50R-17 Michelin Pilot Alpin PA3 but I wouldn't use them for another winter + one has a puncture.
- No curb rash that I remember but will show them if I find it when I take pics.

you went from rx8 to s2000, back to rx8, and now you're getting rid of the rx8 again?

If this pattern keeps up, you're gonna be coming back to a used R3 Rx8 in a few years?

 

LoL yea I know... my friends make fun of me for going back and forth. Who knows what will happen in a couple years.. but for now I had my fun with the RX-8s and ready for a change. Initially, I pre-ordered the Subaru BRZ... but after driving it, I canceled the order.

Only disappointment with the car was I never made it out to the meets, only person I saw in real life was you and Wheels416 (but I don't think he remembers me). So, you're pretty much the face of the club for me haha.

 

Oh ****, I hope I left a good impression on you then if that's the only person from the club you saw that remembers you...

Out of curiosity, could you shed some light on your "BRZ disappointment" from the test drive?

There's a lot of things to write about the BRZ, but I'll just keep it short and sweet. The handling is awesome! However, the truth is... it lacks power. I'm not power hungry and looking for something like a 370Z, but for me I always felt the S2000 and the RX-8 had the best power and handling combination; I'm going to miss our 9K redline . So in the end, I didn't feel the need to sell my RX-8 to get a BRZ because the characteristics are similiar (in my opinion). I also don't want to feel the need to mod the BRZ right of the bat because I'm currently saving up for a downpayment for a place... so I guess my priorities changed a bit.

On topic comment: For the parts i'm selling, feel free everyone to PM me an offer... I will definitely put an honest consideration with your proposed price.

 

Sad to see another rx8 go. If you dont mind me asking how many kms does your 06 have and what is the dealership giving you for it ??

OMG, ken is planning to sell his 8....... I am actually planning to sell my 8 maybe sometime next year, I don't know.
