ON O2 Sensor

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a downstream O2 sensor (the one that plugs into the cat). I'm located in Oakville, but would be willing to travel within the GTA to pick one up.

Contact via PM or post here

Email Dave at Dave's Garage in Oakville. He can get you a decent price on an O2 sensor.
His website is:

His email is:
miatagarage@gmail.com

Tell him Simon told you to contact him.

I actually found a sensor already, I'll be sure to notify Dave in the future though, I didn't know he dealt outside of Miatas

the rear o2 should not have any effect on fuel, it is strictly for verifying the cat function

If you have a series I...you could delete the code via a COBB. But like the previous member said, it should have any affect that results in dumping MORE fuel.

Catalytic converters are designed to get rid of hydrocarbons (unburned fuel).

You're car runs rich, most of them do.

And don't likely need to replace your Rear O2 sensor. It's doing what its suppose do. It's detecting that your catalytic efficiency is horrible. Which it is because you took it off.
All that stink and smell is handled solely by the Catalytic.

Clearing the code will not prevent it from returning.
You need to have a specific map that has that MIL Masked so it doesn't trip a CEL

-- Edit -- and why the heck are we discussing this in the Sale/Wanted forum

That Miata is faster than a lot of cars. Now he's thinking of pulling out the LS1 and putting in a 480hp LS3 crate motor.
