Sexy wrap job. Did you do the coolant bypass around the throttle body as well?
By design they run warm coolant around the throttle body to warm the air...mainly for cold weather season etc. Might have had more effect if you did.

it is very rice......but aren't you running that line through your turbo anyways? 
I'll hopefully be joining those turbo ranks this spring....just need to get installing myself.
*bump yet again for a good seller and good price on an AEM CAI
No my turbo is on it's own cooling circuit with a reservoir, front mounted heat exchanger, and a Bosch water pump.
