Why are you having such trouble giving away this car? Is it on Autotrader and Kijiji? A quick province wide search shows this to be a clear winner for the best deal on a RX-8.

 

Yes, yes and it is by far the best deal out there. I always have interest but nobody ever follows through. I am assuming the rebuilt title is the main issue, and the fact that people don't realize that an 04 with 120k on it is something to be avoided since they don't really do their research before buying.
