I have a 2004 RX-8 gt with 6000kms on freshly rebuilt streetport engine the body has 221k kms , I just swapped in a low km transmission with no grinds at all even at redline. the car has Racing beat rev 2 3" cat back resonated midpipe and i just installed a new 3" heavy duty high flow cat in the fall, it also has racing beat intake duct, rad and oil cooler protectors . the engine has Rotary Aviation Super Seals, and Racing apex seal springs , racing beat street port, new ngk sparkplug wires and ngk Xridium sparkplugs,,aftermarket rear bumper. The car runs and drives awesome! I have snow tires and rims on it right now, and the stock 18's with summer tires with 80+% tread left.
I just rebuilt the engine and got it safetied and etested back in october. the paint is kinda poor few little dents and dings on it but no rust and mechanically its a solid car
