As you may know Scarboro Madza no longer sells Wilwood 570 Brake Fluid since Al left.
Do anyone here know where I can buy Wilwood 570 in the GTA Area. I do not wish to buy across the border because I just don't need the hassle for something as simple as Brake Fluid!

I use Wilwood 570 too... brakes flushed last fall. I plan to do it every 2 years.

 

We use AP Racing prf in our race cars and performance cars. If there is enough interest. I might bring in more cases.

I bought mine cross border, ATE blue, no hassel. Ask Al I'm sure he still has it somewhere.

 

You don't do your oil changes at the dealership? I thought you have to do that so they could track it for warranty purpose...

If that's not the case....I'm going to do my oil changes at my buddy Viz Auto House...

I do my every other oil change at Ivan's iGarage...

The manual specifies 8000km oil changes. So every 8000 I go to dealership. In between, I personally do 4000km oil changes. So the in betweens, are done at Ivan's.

My friend stocked Castrol 5W20 and rx8 oil filters just for me... I've recommended several RX8 owners on this forum that live uptown to go there because he has the oil filters and Castrol 5W20...

 

I know this is off topic...but Any of you know if the new management at Scarbo Mazda is any good? Experience? Now that Al is not there I'm unsure...the only good thing is that Anthony is still there...

For people in the northern parts of Toronto.... I'd just suggest you to do your work at Avante from now on... The drive down is very far, and not worth it for things like oil change and scheduled maintenance....

You can buy your Wilwood 570 from CSC racing products in Newmarket on Harry Walker Pkwy. If enough of you want it I will buy it in bulk and save you guys a few bucks.

It was funny, at Scarboro Mazda we had exciting cars and techs who hated them, at Toyota we have boring cars and techs who are all gear and rotary heads. For service you can come here, I can get Mazda filters etc, you can go to Mazmark in Scarborough my engine builder. All my techs here would love to service your 8's and it wouldn't cost you any more than going to Mazda, they cant not approve warranty because you will have a bill showing the mileage.

 

Thank Al now that right around the corner, do you know if they keep it in stock.

 

Wait...you mean if we service our 8 at your dealership and if anything happens to the engine it would still be under warranty?

Will have to come by your place to do my alignment then.... I prefer to go to a place which the tech like to work on a rotary....At Scarb Mazda...only Anthony is working these days...
