Hey guys, my car is also starting to squeek in the winter, I have about 2500 KM on it.

 

My brakes squeak in hot or cold weather.. So lucky you.. Especially hot.

 

Well now that the dealer changed them they squeakk when hot also...

If you fix yours let me know what you did...Thanks!

I have no brake squeel issues. I drive daily. I have 8200km on it.

Ever since asbestos was banned in disc brake pads we've had squeal.

"Those were the days my friends, we thought they'd never end ..."

Solution to no squeal = EBC Pads, especially the Red Stuff.

 

another solution = don't brake...

 

Hmm, don't brake... well, that could pose a problem in certain situations.

EBC pads are areally good. Even then you'll get some squealing if the temperature isn't right.
I'm fine with it. A couple of stops and the squealing stops.

Unless you're Leesha (or anyone else who has an auto) and have to ride the brake for everything, squeaky brakes for the win!!! LOL

 

don't forget that your mileage will be better since there's less "stop and go" driving...:-P

When I need to replace my pads I'll try those EBC pads (I still have 60% on the original ones)
