I've been here for a while and have yet to read that there is availability in Ottawa. I ordered from the site. Ordering is no problem and products are great. My only issue is that he took it upon himself to add a product (car wash) that my wife had not ordered (and charge us of course!)

 

There is a dealer in Ottawa, if you e-mail the zaino guys they will give you his #. .......... digging it up from e-mail.........
