What do fellow Canucks get on a tank

When I first got the car I was averaging 400km/tank (almost 2 years now). But now i'm barely getting 300km/tank even in the summer. Same type of driving (about 50/50).. Maybe I drive it harder, i dunno.. I'm just past 46,000km
