the times coming closer and closer, and i know that this is really a personal preference, but i need some opinions.

i found a really good deal on an 06 BB and the guy is keeping it until the time im going to be buying so hes an option if everything is well with the car.

ive always been a fan of VR though, always catches my eye. I find that BB is sharp, i love the colour but a little plain? To be honest i really don't care about the colour i think the 8 looks amazing every colour...

Help me out guys!

I was obsessed with trying to find a Phamtom Blue Mica for a long while, until I woke up and realised it would make way more sence to get a car irrelevant on color but was physically and mechanically perfect. Depends on what you're looking for.

Funny, when I was shopping around for my Xterra, I wanted any color but yellow. I liked how it looked, but figured it would stand out too much. When I was shopping, I wanted Supercharged 5-Speed, which there was only 3 for sale in Ontario. Guess which color I got...lol

 

I used to have a VR and liked it, but felt it was like a big neon sign saying
'Hey cop...point your radar gun over here'

BB is so sharp at night... one drove by my work in the parking lot it was beautiful!

 

dont get Black it gets dirty quick and swirls show like crazy in the sun. And dont copy me

 

Black gets dirty too easy, and if you get a two tone interior, the orangey inserts are kind of ugly IMO. I have a VR with red interior and love it. Last car was a black tiburon, and swore I'd never buy a black car again.

 

I have Brilliant Black and a Crystal White car, and both get dirty so easily...... so get anything other than these two color, i suggest.....

My current 8 is SBM...just as bad as black. I went in to the dealership and asked, 'How do I turn off the dust-magnet?'.....The service manager said "It's that switch by your right foot....just push it harder!'

its tough to say....... VRs are generally faster
but dont copy me lol. BB amd WB are pretty sexy too though. I dont think ive ever seen a yellow one in real life...

 

^ Get VR. BB are ugly and full of swirls and theyre just plain. And plus VR has that two tone red interior you always wanted

 

As mentioned above, black looks great when the clear coat is in great shape and the car is clean.

I really like the Copper Red Mica on my car, but it's surprising, there's something about the colour which really shows water marks. I don't want to have to obsess over something so hard to control.

Im a fan of the VR, because of the two tone red interior. And so far, I have had no issue with cops cause i follow the law

LOL i wouldnt have mind him getting BB if it was a random dude but hes a buddy and we go to the same school. Pretty lame having the same car same colour. Especially if were going to park beside each other

 

i got a bb and i got to agree with Rotary-RX8 the swirls **** you off lol
and get whatever colour you want.
if u ask us were going to tell you dont buy the same colours as us lol

 

Black doesn't get dirtier 'faster' then any other color, it's just more noticeable
I agree, the orange / tan interior is hideous.
The Red / Black interior is sexy!

At first i wanted a BB with two tone red interior but sadly BB Canadian 8s dont come with red interior only black or the nasty orange crap (no offense to any who has that). This is why when i was shopping for my 8 i was really set on importing one from the states that way i get the red interior and no headlight washers !!! But the whole process was overwhemling so i bought one in canada LOL oh well i love my all black interior
