Toronto, What to do here?

So I'm here in downtown Toronto for the week for a sales conference and I'm bored out of my mind. Anyone know of anything fun to do out here? I've hit a few bars and not really in the club scene. Any car related stuff to do within walking distances?

Not really dude! Sorry. Without more planning, you're stuck with the Rogers Center (formerly the SkyDome), and various other stuffs!

If you stick around, the Molson Indy is a few weeks away

Where are you staying? Yonge St and Queen St are both pretty nice places to check out. There are lots of places to get a good meal, a cold beer, or watch some rippers!

I'd go to the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum). I haven't been there in years. It's a great way to spend an afternoon. Maybe you can check out when the next Jays game is as well. There are also a bunch of shows you can catch. Phantom of the Opera is back in town.

take a ferry boat to toronto island. rent a bike and enjoy the peace and quietness there. If that appeals to you. The ride is nice too. You get a nice glimpse of TO skyline.
hop onto those double-decker bus for a quick overview of TO.

Thanks for all the replies, we're going to check out Little Italy/Chinatown tonight and might take a train over to Niagra Falls Friday. Also seen a few RX8's in the downtown area. We hit up a small hole in the wall Rex's on Queens, there seems to be some pretty good looking women here

BTW anyone know of an efficient/cheap way to get to Niagara falls? I heard there's some train in Toronto that runs there in 1.5 hours approx. Can't find the info such as where the terminal is, schedules, cost though. Any input?

Bus there for $5 roundtrip! Pay $30 upfront but the casino reimburses $25. You don't have to play, the Falls are 5 min walk away. Reservations & photo ID needed. 416.593.0593

You can take Greyhound. I looked it up and it was about $45 round trip to Niagara.

But you can rent a car which is cheaper $40 for a day. But I guess you have to pay for parking and gas. But you have more freedom to go places.

Whatever carrier you use, don't buy for 'Niagara Falls', you won't get reimbursed. Only buy for 'Fallsview Casino/Casino Niagara'. Safeway Tours is the official carrier for downtown TO, you may not get reimbursed on other carriers.

Best to rent an rx-8 or a convertible and cruise down Niagara Parkway. Stop by Niagara-on-the-Lake too. Very nice.
