Todays storm = The SUXORZ :(

Well after todays story my car was left with a nice sized crack in my wind shield... I came out to the car after work and found a crack about a foot long on the wind shield right across the middle of the screen on the drivers side. looks like a tree branch flew off and hit it.

So now i have to replace the wind shield. Any ideas where to get a replacement wind shield in the GTA? Preferably Missisauga or Brampton.

I have to call my insurance on Monday to see how much the deductable is to replace it.

I wanted to come out to the meet tomorrow, but i dont know if i will now with the huge crack in the glass

Replacement Windshield

Had mine replaced about a month ago by Speedy Glass in Kitchener (King St.) for about $475. This was actually less than my insurance deductible. They warranty their work and did a great job, very happy.

Good news, I got it replaced today, 250 from amco auto glass on Dixie and Derry. Nice guys and good service.

I didnt buy the OE replacement as it would be 450. I took a look at both and i said i rather save that 200+.

No problem i will, The one i got was still made in America and not in China so i want to see how well it does as well. The labor is lifetime against leaking etc, that where the cause of the foggyness comes from so im hoping i dont get anything like that.

Consider yourself lucky. If it landed on the roof, it'd have been a lot more expensive to repair.
