I'm sure I'll forget a bunch of things, but I'll give it a shot:
The Shinka was a package that could be optioned on a GT with Sunroof in '05 and '06.
Some exterior colours were unique to the Shinka (some in '06 were not).
The interior seats/doors have a two tone leather/microsuede.
Some of the interior bits on the dash/console are different from a typical car.
The shocks are a upgrade to provide a bit better handling and better ride.
The front suspension member is filled with foam.
The rims are a slightly darker colour of silver.
I think the advanced key is unique, but I could be wrong.

The only two 'true' shinka's were in '05 and '06, both had piano black finish for the centre console, and 2-tone leather/suede seats as snrub had said. '05 came in cherry black and '06 came in copper red. In later years 'shinka' was an optional appearance package upgrade, correct me if i'm wrong

also from what i know, the rims are actually the same color as the normal rx8s and the credit-card keyless entry was just from '06 on.
