This bar that the passenger seatbelt slides on is loose. You can move it a bit unlike the driver side that is solid.
Taken to the delearship for the 3rd time and now I have to wait some more. Iam told that it is different on R3 models and they can't tighten the bolts anymore.

Can someone with an R3 do me a favour and see if this bar is loose or is it solid.

I just check my R3, there is movement but only 1/8 side to side at passenger seat location only. no front to back movement at all

both my sides are solid, almost no movement

This what I have now....it used to be more. So far 2 CDN R3s have this condition and 2 US cars don't. WTF

no. still have it and trying to pass etest. R3 is summer kids hauler.

dealer got another bar from mazda and it is still the same...WTF

also had the check engine light blinking yesterday while cruising and dealer could not recall any faults.....

Anyone one else with an R3 have the same issue with the seatbelt?

My pass. side bar is a bit loose also. I may take the trim off and see if it is missing a washer or something.
