i completely understand why alan did what he did. there is nothing fun about trying to organize people

 

Like I said to one other forum member, the next time, we pick the track layout and 1st pay 1st come. Its way to hard to try and keep everything organized and then try and figure out who gets how much refunded etc.

 

i really would like a pay pal account for our Canadian rx8 club. so that we all pay one place and any left over money can be saved and put towards the next event. there is alot of money being handed around for these track events.
most of the people iv talked to dont seem to care about getting the 7 dollar refund .im just unsure who we can trust and who wants the responsibility id say Alan or Greg i know neither of them would run away with out assets but i know they're quite busy.
maybe even a paid position such as a free track day for this person.

anyways just an idea something to talk about at our next meet.
