Saw a white one at turning on west beaver creek around 1ish, a red one with aftermarket chrome wheels on major mac east of lesile...just got a stare down..no wave...

Red rx8 at Vaughn mills and parked beside a blue one at the NASCAR parking at Vaughn mills crazy rims greddy exhaust no Mazda logo on the funk really really nice if anyone knows who this is plz reply rims said vr on them amazing looking 8

Black 8 @ Tims, heartland towncenter.... i was shocked when i saw another rotary there among the honda autoshow.

 

looked outside my office building and saw a dark blue 8 parked at the SE corner of Adelaide St. and Duncan (across from Crocodile Rock) all day today. Not only a nice ride but how did you score that private parking spot?

No Rx8 sighting, but left work early and decided to go to the car wash in the booth beside me was a Black R8. We got talking and it was the guys brother's car which he got 2 months ago, in the booth beside him was a guy with a 944 and he started saying that with all the mods he done to the 944 he could smoke the R8 on a track. I said have ever seen a R8 on a track with a good driver/well I have. And I retorted the R8 smoked every Porsche GT3 on the track let alone a 944, well I just laughed at the clown and walk away. The 944 was never a super car and never will be, I don't care if the dude spent a small fortune in mods.
I hope I never believe my RX-8 is a super car! You meet all kinds.

 

Hey nx04....i;m at hwy 50 and hwy 7....i;m always driving along hwy 7 into Woodbridge on the weekends....hardly go back West into Brampton...there are 2 other 8's in my area

Speaking of an R8, i was driving into Tim Hortons drive-thru at Heartland towncentre last night and i randomly see a black R8 tucked away between two cars. Its one slick car!!

 

^ I see another one (R8) grey and black drive by my work @ denison & Vic Park at least once a week.
There not as rare as they use to be. drool.

 

meh. One of the exec's in my building just received his R8 V10... black with CF panels... sigh.

 

From my readings...the R8 don't really handle that well on the track...and I'm sure there are plenty of other options at that price...I would prefer a GTR...lolz

Yea, but a 944? Not one of Porsche great cars. I would prefer a Lotus Exige 260....

Well, the 944 may never have been a supercar or an exotic - and it's certainly long in the tooth compared to more modern vehicles - but it was definitely one of the best handling cars ever put on the road. I remember reading Jackie Stewarts accolades of the 944 and I know Jeremy Clarkson stated that the turbo version would be in his top ten list of best handling cars he's ever driven.

Not saying that it would necessarily beat an RX-8 on the track, just that I wouldn't totally dismiss the car.

 

I was not saying a RX-8 I was talking about Audi R8, whole different league!
