Yup, I broke a weld on the side of the muffler about 6 inchs long. Tried to get it welded closed with Stainless but they couldn't. I have to wait till next week to see a titanium welder so it can be done properly.

In the mean time I've used some ducting (not duck) tape to seal the muffler.

Damn, that sucks. I need to replace my fuel pump. It's working fine but after the track it's gotten loud, I can hear a whining noise from the drivers side rear wheel well. Dave already picked me up another Walbro. The last one has lasted around 40k km so if I can get close to that again I'll be happy.

i havent been able to make it out at all this year due to slaving away at work and working early on saturdays.
work should be slowing down soon and i hope to come out with fellow rotorheads.

i do usually hang out with the BRZ/FRS crew on WED night at dufferin/steeles starbucks after work if anyone is in the area and wants to stop by around 8:30.

as for thursday nights ertefa meet, we premeet at my work @ 1681 langstaff (langstaff/dufferin) anytime after 7 and roll out to ertefa around 8:45

Anyone in the Toronto area especially take note... toronto mazda 3 forum and mazda Canada are trying to set a Guinness world record for most mazdas on parade in one go. Originally they limited the model to the 3 only, but everyone's welcome now. It would be nice to see a big group of 8s show up. Google; Toronto mazda Guinness world record. Sept 22.
