Ok guys, just to consolidate the info from the thread here , let's plan to meet at Dave and Buster's parking lot, at the corner of HWY 400 and HWY 7 on Tuesday September the 16th at 8:00 PM.

So far it looks like we will get 6 RX8's out for sure, maybe 7 if Bulldog can hurry up the arrival of his first grandchild .

Hopefully nobody cancels out at the last minute 'cause we should have all 6 colours there, which in my opinion will make a heck of a good photo op...

I would say that the plan would be to meet at the lot, ogle the cars, take some pics, and then those of us who are interested (hopefully everybody) could take a 20 minute jaunt up to Newmarket for some wings if they were so inclined.

Any objections regarding time and location should be registered now so that we don't get any last minute cancellations...

AND OF COURSE EVERYBODY IS WELCOME: PLEASE C'MON OUT!

 

One thing to note though, at 8pm it will be DARK!

Unless this parking lot is VERY well lit we aren't going to get the best pictures.....

Yeah, I thought of that, but it seems some can't make it out until 8:00pm. I would imagine that in that area there will be lots of parking lots around that are very well lit. Should we try for between 7:00 and 8:00 and hope more show up close to 7:00??

If it is dark, hopefully we get a well lit parking lot as well..... I guess I should bring my tri-pod too, that way if it is dark, I can use the extended exposure settings to get some good pics.

 

Hey guys... great to see such good responses, Ah'm a gettin' excited! Unfortunately the earliest i can probably get there is 7:30 traffic willing, but hopefully 'Mr. Tit' will be the latest. Unless there are any other Mr. **** out there? If I don't get there early enough you guys might have to pretend one of the Silver cars is Titanium... just park one of them in a shadow.

haven't talked to any of you before but I will try my best to make it with our tit GT 6 spd. I will be coming in from New York tomorrow evening but will try and be to 400/7 by 8pm. Does one of you have a cell number you could PM me so I can confirm you are still there? I will also try for Newmarket if I am late, but I don't know the address or directions.

Do you still need a titanium for your colour palette? Look forward to talking to all of you because we haven't decided about the buyout and I would like your input. My big concern is that the mileage sucks (16L/100km), I know it's running rich and Mazda says this is normal.
