Replica Mazdaspeed in Toronto

I found out a place that can get me MS kit plus installation and painting for just $1800. I know it a good price but they said the kit comes from vancouver not US. And it is fiberglass. The kit is $800 and installation is $1000. BUt the thing that bothers me is they dont have it in stock. Any of u checked this shop before? It locate near midland and finch

No experience with that one, but judging from other $800 fibre-glass kits, I would say you will be getting what you pay for, which is not much.

Can you please post the name and address of the place and I can tell you if they're any good as there's quite a few shops in that area. If you want I can go take a look and let you know what the kit is like .... that is if they have stock!

Cheers,

Question

That seems like too good a deal - $800. I may be interested. $1000 to paint and install, that may be too much!

Why do some of you say fibreglass is bad? I have a fibreglass one piece inground pool that is great, though pricier than a regular pool. It can expand and contract easily, and its finish is like a bathtub.

I understand that fibreglass is not as flexible as plastic, but I tend not to ram into things anyways. What am I missing?

I wouldn't buy the fiber glass kit. Spend a bit more and get the durable ploy or oem parts.

With poly the kit bends to fit . Fiber glass will eventually crack if too much force is used to fit the bumper.

Def not worth it .

Save yourself the headache.

I'm with Pete on this one, never buy a fiber glass bodykit unless you're going with the real stuff. Replica never fit right. Just my .02 cent. By the way, anyone know where I can get a replica Mazdaspeed rear spoiler in TO area?? Price would be great too.

Thanks

Agree... it doesnt matter what car that I drive, I always get the real kit, not the knock off. For a simple fact that any knock kits WILL NOT last, and by the time and you money that you spent fixing it up, it still wouldnt look like a realy kit, just for the fitment itself. I have to admit that OEM MS kit cost A LOT but after I put it on the car, looking at the quality and the fitment, you'd realize that's money well spent if you are doing up ur ride!
