Redline MTL vs. MT-90
From the way I understand it, it's about balance and compromise. The MTL is thinner; heats up faster in the cold and has less hydrodynamic resistance against the gears. The MT-90 is thicker; heats up slower, lubricates and protects better.
As a note, the MTL is thin enough that leaking is a very real possibly if you under/over torque the filling and draining plugs. Replacing the crush washers if a must because it's not worth the gamble.

Where are you looking to get the fluids? I'm gonna be changing everything in the next few days and would like to know if you have any places in mind near Scarberia where we could pick up both the diff and tranny redline fluids.

They would never swap that heavy 'recomended' 90 weight for the MTL - and if you told them to, your warranty would fly out the window.

Hey, I'm about to put Valvoline Full Synthetic SAE 75w-90 GL-5 in both my Tranny and Rear Differential. Any yays or nays? The manual says SAE 90 GL-5 for the Rear Diff, but can't find any of that anyware (can only find SAE 90 GL-1).
Oh...I live in the Caribbean...its super hot down here...all the time, even in Winter.

1) jack up the car (make sure all 4 points are level)
2) remove fill & drain bolts (in that order) (24mm socket)
3) plug the drain bolt with a new crush washer, torque
4) Get a cheap *** manual pump from any auto parts store -- like $10, pump the tranny oil right from the bottle through the fill hole until it leaks out.
5) plug the fill hole with a new crush washer and torque
6) beer
