This is the new "Shops on Don Mills" plaza by Don Mills and Lawrence. A very trendy place that I checked out last summer.

After dinner, we will go to the roof top parking lot in the same plaza and take a group night photo. I will bring a camera, but it's very old, if someone has a dSLR and is capable, please bring one. I will provide tripod.

It's great... So far the winter has been mild.. no problems to report so far with the lowering. Also, with my STOCK intake and K&N filter.... no problems at all in any precipitation conditions.. snow/sleet/ice/hail...

Car has been running great

This is right by my work.. so I'm in. There's also a great lil' resturant in the shops proper called Joey's I think? Went there acouple of weeks ago with some friends... prices are decent (bit more expensive than JA's though) and the food is great.

agh, I'm stuck at work in Thornhill till 7. Maybe I'll drop by for pics after???

If Thumper signs up for this I may show up just so I can give him his chair I've had since September.

lol ford focus is a piece i had the new 2010 as a rental when my 8 was in the shop got nice legroom tho

the parking garage that the roof top photo op will be has a detailling company that works out of the ground floor level but not sure when it will be open too.the nearest wash your own is just south of vic park and ellsmere, its covered and sheltered so you can dry her off before it freezes and is pretty good thats were i wash mine.

Ok I definitely won't make dinner but I'll find you guys for the photo op - I'll bring the r3 instead of a dealership winter beater haha. Im bringing a couple of my friends as well!

Theres only one parking garage there right?

The plaza has a parking lots all over in open air ground level like any other malls.... You should find a parking spot near Linda's in "inner side streets" for dinner.

There is also a "parking lot structure" with 4 - 5 levels, which we will all go to the roof top after dinner for discussion and photo op.


As for reservations... knowing the past history of events organized in on this forum.. sometimes up to 50% of the people will be no shows Therefore, no reservations will be made. We'll just have to go somewhere else if it's full.

No offence to anyone, but it's just the truth in observations....

I think most of us are driving our beaters, even if I wanted to drive my 8 it's buried behind at least 4 other cars no chance of getting it out till late march/early april!.

oh man i guess its time for me to get a beater then lol im getting tired of the fancy car washes every 2 days :(
