Question about extended warranty
Question about extended warranty
Hi,
I have my 8 with the NC5100 extended warranty for 60 months. They also give it a fanct name like Mazda Added Protection. It suppose to be the highest level of coverage. Anyhow, my autoleveling yellow light came off recently and took that to the dealer. They made a claim to Mazda Canada and they reject, telling me that is not covered in the EW. I was surprised that they excluded this. If this will be fixed under the 3 years/80000, they should fix my problem. Anyone has expierence to share is greately appreciated.

We have run into that one too, and it is not covered by MAP, just 3yr or 80,000km warranty. There are certain things like brakes, shocks, bushing etc that arent covered and that unfortuneatly is one of them.

gorally, I suggest you give a call to #84Racing. Ask for Al Balinsky @ Scarboro Mazda. FYI, he is the team racing driver and general manager of Scarboro Mazda.

After bragging the Mazda Canada, the agreed to fix the sensor for me for free. Simply because I have the EW. The original decline reason was it was corrosion. They didn't realize the corrosion was caused by the poor water proof connector. Now they replace two cable under the wheels...still can't imagine that will cost me 800 bucks...anyway, its fixed now. Thx everyone.
