Hi guys, please post your mods in here especially if u are living in Canada. Any mods, intake, turbo, etc. We all do appreicated where your sources are too. Discount? so and so.
Hopfully if u can tell your little story how to avoid custom tax such as "Gift" or...

MY mods are:
Tenzo GT-05 19x8.5 +40 (getting a custom 20 mm spacer made)
19x9.5 +30
fender rolled 5mm in rears
Genereal Tire Exclaim UHP 225/35ZR
245/35ZR
Tein Basics (lowest setting)
OEM Clear Corners
LED 194 (white)
LED rear tailights
5% tint rear window
20% rear passenger windows
35% front windows
front rotary crest ( i was suppose to get the rear and 6 strake kit from DLS customs, but thats a write off now..really pissed about it)
i got my Tein basics ($850 incl. all addtional charges) from the states and just let the vendor know to mark down the "value of goods" for customs to 200$ USD.
got all 5 windows done at this place on Main and 17th for $120 cash deal (balck tint none of that purple crap)
LED lights from ebay for 100$
Rims from Car Modifier in Ottawa for $1350 ( incl. shipping and GST)
fenders rolled proffessionally with a roller from KEEP LABS for $200 (included adjusting and test fitting all 4 wheels to get the perfect look i was seeking)
Bought the tyres from Tirerack for $600 for all 4 i was looking for 225/40 but they did not have that.
tyre and wheel installation and balanced by National Tire in burnaby for $80 cash deal.
my short term goal is all show (little performance like intake exhaust).. so as to not destroy the warranty.
once i get out of college and start making the real money.. ill be ALLL GO (hint: turbo) with show!!
anyways just to let you know MF is having a crazzy boxing sale.. they are selling REPLICA Mazdaspeed kits made by MF themselves (fibreglass).. and apparently the fitting is suppose to be close to perfect not like the Ebay ones which have gaps near the corner lights..
they are currently selling them for $900 but i was told that the prices will significantly drop on the day and just for that day. As well he will be selling Greddy stuff for cheap, but no TEIN

there is a blue RX8 that crashed into a pole while attempting to drift at the boundary bay area, now is kitted itself with the replica bodykit from MF (he should be there on Wednesday). Only person that i know of that has the Greddy turbo as well in the lower mainland..
Lordco sometimes has some cheap stuff especially if you get a quote from another place and have an account with them.. they can reduce prices drastically.. im not sure about MOPAC..

hey RX4LIFE - coudl you post some pics please? Would like to see the 19's on your '8. That is part of my plan for next summer, but it would be nice to see a few other 8's with 19'sas well. before anyone tells me to....(rotten) i have seen the multimedia gallery on the main site allready.....

i will surely get you pics.. as for others as well..just need to get my hands on a digi cam.
also im waiting for my spacers for the fronts.. and then i will shine everything up.. and take better pics.. since the ones with the cellphone didnt come out well.

Rp supercat bought from rx7.com around $400 i think plus gasket kit. Great mod I noticed a difference in power throughout the rev range, not too loud either

sup guys here are my mods to my RX8. prob have an extra 30-40 rear wheel hp and alot more street credit!!
-paint my calipers red (bling bling factor)
-clear corners (againg with the bling faction)
-2 leters of castrol 5w20 in trunk (tested .5 sec faster to 60 b/c of weight transfer)
-K&N typhoon intake( k&n claims 8hp "b/s" baught it for the sound!! but hey if there is 8 more hp i will take them)
-meguiar's coat of wax every other week( cuts throught air better and also another .5sec faster to 60)
-brilliant black( .5 sec faster to 60. black coats better and less paint on car therefor less weight)
most of the stuff is for fun the only real performance mod is the intake $300cnd and is the revised version. clear corners are $60 form ajax mazda, red calipers $15 from canadian tire.
don't wanna do to much since its leased, and will have to give it back

the exact price is $300 plus tax (cash $350 all in still a good deal), friend of mine is a k&n dealer, i will see him tomorrow and pick it up, if interested let me know and i'll see what i can do for any1 who's interested.

^^ sweet..how much is it.. i like that idea since i got rims on now... hopefully its not like the cheap aftermarket shock sensors that go off when fart canons or buses drive by.
