Contrary to my handle ... I picked up a black 05 with Nav, front -side- and rear skirting, side stakes, front and back rotorery crest, inner door sills,
and a bunch of other options, inner door scuff plates, remote starter/pager, and a few other tid bits.

I have one question that someone may be able to help with.....

I have a X5 4.4 and it drives like I am on a cloud... The Rx-8 has quite a bit of vibration-I can feel it through the gear shifter. I s this normal...?

I used to have a del sol when I was younger and it had no vibration...

Any input would be great.

 

Yup, normal. Congrats....

If you bought the RX8 to feel like you were on a cloud, you bought the wrong car... unless you meant cloud 9 :D

 

Don't hold the shifter and the vibration will be gone.
The shifter is right on top of the transmission - it moves around a lot.
Keep your hands away unless stroking the gears -Which you do A LOT in the 8!
Wait 1000 - 1500km before you dare to find the beep.
