So I'm now about 24 hours into my RX-8 ownership experience...and it's amazing!

I've been lurking around this forum for the past week or so just picking up bits and pieces of information about the car, and now that I've finally got my hands on it I look forward to contributing to the forum on a regular basis.

I'll get some pics up soon enough, but here are the basics.... Brilliant Black '06 GT 6-speed, with about 11,000km on the clock. Boy, is she ever a looker.

Dont worry that experience that you feel right now will never leave you, I still got chills when I drove my car, waiting for all this crappy snow to melt so that I can take my 8 out of storage and shed myself of this beater I am driving right now

 

oh man, congrats. i just passed the 600 mile break in period on mine, and I did some donuts to christen her. That felt so good.
