My Car Pics (Finally)

Hi guy's, attached a few pics of my car, and yes they suck. They were taken with my phone.

Digital cam is broken

*sigh*

Anyway, just wanted to throw them up on the board so people can have a look.

CHeers,

Thank you Rotten. They're a bit clearer now.

I'm going to have to buy a new camera this weekend.

Great to have you join us. Ha ha ... at first I thought that your headlights were smoked out (like what the civic boys do) but then realized it was your phone cam.

I think Black 8's need clear corners too.

Mic, you don't have enough patience or elbow grease in you to keep a Black 8 looking clean. Trust me, I am laso speaking from experience. I've had 3 black cars. Once cleaned, nothing looks better, for 15 minutes as Helas says, until you start to see a layer of dust building on it.

As for the VR, a simple hosing does magic and makes it looks really clean.

BrilliantBlack obviously doesn't have much experience when it comes to 8's. He should know by now that VR 8's are the fastest of all. I'm just surprised Rotten didn't bring him up to speed on this issue.

Your Colour is the best for hiding dirt.

I've owned two black cars and two red cars. The black cars look nice when new and clean but they show their age quicker. I love a clean black car at night.

In Florida, sure do the black but in your typical Canadain city with your typical Canadian winter...no more black cars for me.

I really like the V Red in the Sunlight.

I am 100 % agree with Helas and Sham, also had black cars and never again, I hated the fingers prints on it !! You cannot touch the car in any way...

yeaaa my car is black and it's impossible to keep clean.. But when it is clean I look at it and think "damn, it's almost worth washing this thing every day!!"

But, i'm lazy and an excellent procrastinator

As for the "VR 8's are the fastest of all" - sorry Sham but I don't think I'm going to bet this one on you. Then again what does this idiot know. Put my money on you last time and won. I know of a Silver that wants to put the quickest guy in TO to the test. You say it's a Red....
1/4 mile .... I told him that dude would be you Sham. Know you're up to it ... just got to find a way to hook the two of you up...
OK. I'm game, as usual.

I'm all to aware that black is hard to keep clean. Even though its a real PITA to keep clean, I guess its just a bit more incentive to wash it.

Yea I can see where most of my nights and weekends are going this summer.

Now if they could only finish building the damn subdivision in my neighbourhood I would be happy. Damn dust.

LOL. What? Oh man, you are going to have arms as big are Arnold's in 2 years after all the washing waxing you will need to do to keep the black 8 looking good. Unfortunately, you are in a no-win situation. Mud and dust will be there for the next 5 years. Trust me on this one, I've been there and done that! TWICE!

I feel so bad for you, that if you find a stranger washing your car one morning, that would probably be me showing a little sympathy.

But boy does black look totally awesome when just waxed and buffed. You just can't beat it. Relish those moments!

I'm guessing you're from the James Snow/Derry area or a bit more west
