Those Canadians who have had the ECU reflash done, (I think I read on here that some managed to get it done) do you know what the flash code is in Canada for the latest firmware ?

As per MSP16 a 2005 M/T in the US should be this:

M/T - Calif. N3ZD-18-881H SW-N3ZDEH000
M/T - Fed. N3ZB-18-881H SW-N3ZBEH000

I think I read somewhere on here that the Canadian flash is the same as the FED. above.

Just want confirmation.

Dealer told me I had the latest flash... but it hasnt been flashed since I bought it in January and highly doubt it had been done before that too. And MSP16 came out after January.

The MSP16 came out after January yes, but I got mine flashed to the same revision as the MSP16 on in late December, 2007.

The latest in Canada is SW-N3M5EK000

 

I must be asking for the reflash the wrong way then. I brought mine in to Performance Mazda in Ottawa along with MSP16 bulletin and they told me it didn't apply to my car. I gave my VIN to Scarborough Mazda and the GM wasn't aware of the reflash by that name either. So I'm not sure what else to try other than going to another dealership and making them hook her up to the MDS (I haven't had a reflash since January either...)
