MPH/KMH button?

Hey guys,

This might be a "go look at the manual" question lol, but since the manual is in my car, and I'm inside where it's warm and I'm on my laptop lol, I wanna ask how do I switch my car from KMH to MPH and back? I might go to the states in the summer and I wanna know how to do this since our speedometer is digital.

Thanks and God Bless you all.

Ben.

on the stock speedo cluster there is the button on the right that you use to reset the tripometer, there is a button just like that on the left that you hold down to change from mph to kph.

Welcome, there is no god

Hi Matt,

Thanks for your help. I pressed that before and it did nothing, but I guess it didn't hold it down. I'll try it again by holding it down.

Thanks again, and while I respect your beliefs, my belief is this: If there was no God, neither I or you would be sitting here typing these messages to each other, for God created everything and Jesus is God.

So God Bless you all.

Ben.

Thanks for your comments dude. I agree that we should not impose our beliefs on anyone, and I'm not doing that. However, we are free to express our beliefs anywhere, and just as you expressed your beliefs, I expressed mine.

Saying that, I love the RX-8, it is a really cool car, fun to drive, quick, excellent handling, and very good looking. Oh yeah, I tried holding down the left button and it worked!

Thanks again and God Bless.

Ben.

I think another good rule might be "no proselytizing"

Yep, just hold it down for a few sec.

The speed will change to mph and so will the milage meter.

If holding it down doesn't work you should just pray to God and I'm sure he'll be happy to oblige and change it for you.

The same principal applies for the outside temp reading. Hold down the "amb" (RH side of the center stack) button and it will change from Cel to F.

You guys should sit down and get intimate with your manual. It's a good read and it will answer most of your questions.

you should remove the manual from the glovebox and place it in your washroom. It makes for interesting read when....

Yes the manual is a great read in general, although I must say I have to agree that placing it in the washroom makes it an interesting read!
