Meguiars SPECIAL @ Canadian Tire

Canadian Tire store at McCowan / Sheppard has a "Manager's special" area where they put all the misfit and screwed up items/open box etc...

I went to look today and guess what I found?

Meguairs Quik Detailer $5.98
Meguiars Hi-tech Yellow wax #26 $6
Meguiars Fine cut professional compound $6

The quik detailer, I suspect is from packages of the Clay bar that people go to open the box to steal the clay or steal the cloth from, so they can't sell it in a box anymore. The bottles are perfectly fine as I had inspected. I picked up 3 of them. They are useful for removing bird droppings or use as clay lube, or generic quick detailing as the name implies.

Go get yours before they're sold. Should be like 6 - 8 more bottles left as of writing.

I'll take the opportunity to hijack this thread

winter is rolling around sooner than you can imagine and for those of us who needs to prep their car for storage,
PartSource is having a sale on Sta-bil Fuel Stabilizer for $4.99 - you'll need to print off a coupon and limit 2 per customer. It's just a few dollars off, but just thought i'd share.
I'm gonna pick this up later, but will only need one, if someone wants me to pick one up for them, let me know

and by the way, thanks Footman for sharing the deal at CT... wasn't able to find any come the morning after you posted

Rust Check will drill holes in your car, so I'd suggest finding someone (often at body shops) that will find all factory access holes and remove panels if necessary to get where the wand needs to go. That will avoid having holes drilled in you car. I just had my car sprayed and the paint conditioned to prep for winter driving. New starter is also in, and ingnition bundle is on the way. Then it's time to slap on the winters and try out some winter RX8 fun!
