:cool: Hello Race Fans.. Shamblerock tells me the Kart Man is where it's at ... Kart says he's done with his London schooling on the 17th so let's all get together for a party on the 18th.. D and Bs Saturday 2:00 pm ... We will bring Kart up to speed with what we have been doing...want to see 20+ of us there..we can do it..

It looks like I'm working that weekend , If it was just me I would leave for a bit to join you guys but I have a guy coming up from the states. If there is any chance I can make it I will do my best but it's not looking good at the moment.

Confirmed I will be there with or without Raquel. If the roads are good, I'll bring her out to play. If not, I'll be driving the "ratmobile". (a whole other story)

Got to check with the Host and Hostesses (plural because there's the wife and two daughters) :rolleyes: . Also, I'm not sure Joe (the host) will be able take seeing two RX8s in his driveway.

The last meet we were at threw me for a loop because there were so many good look'n RX8s.

im here, i always read all the posts as study breaks. Big day coming up on the 12th. 2 exams will be out of the way. only 2 left after that. I was reading about suspensions last night......wow i really wanna get the full mazdaspeed kit.

Glad t o see we're gonna have a good turnout. any thoughts as to what to do? In another club i was in, we would go indoor karting....we should think about doing that at another meeting maybe.

Well just got back from Cancun and didn't see any RX-8's, in fact the only Mazda I saw was last night and it was a Miata.

Still can't make it Saturday but sounds like it will be a great turn out!

yeah sport GT, i believe its the "metallic indigo blue" colour. its new for 2005 on the sport. last year it was only available on the sedan

Neo I decided not to put on the Emblems, due to it's winter. I'll bring them out at the next meet though for you to gander at.

Hybrid-RX8 - haven't seen you on the forums for a while. You still working on...ha...I forgot what it was called :D Anyway, let me know if you'd be interested in getting some custom emblems and keychains as well as logo work (I do it on the side.) done.

Actually, Mic we were worried about you. Hope is all OK because we were certain there was no way you were missing this meet. Please confirm you are alive and breathing. A few girls came by looking for you and what appeared to be in a hot and bothered mood. Something about them missing you badly and owe you big time and would love to see how the roof of your 8 looks like while lying accross the back seat. In any event, we told them to take a number at the front of the restaurant and wait in the lobby for their turn because there is no budding in allowed in "Mic's Lineup".

I think they are still there waiting for you!

For the others that showed up, it was nice to see y'all again. All the best for the holiday season and have safe travels.

I was in N. Oshawa at a crappy mall trying to push some books on an unsuspecting and gullible bunch of Xmas shoppers. Damn, I've missed the last two meets. .Will try to do much better in '05. Hey, about this retirement thing: I thought I was supposed to have nothing to do but clip coupons and trim my nose hairs ( do not try simultaneously-ouch!) and take ballroom dancing. Arrgh. Anyway, the very best of the season to all!

Thanks for arranging a great meet Mic and Kart. I was just wondering if we had the wrong place :confused: as we did not find you. Hope nothing serious happened; please let us know if everythings OK. Attached is a pic of the RX-8's that did show and aren't affraid to drive it this winter.

Hoping all is well with you Mic? We missed you today! And who the heck is Kart? I'm thinking he's a figment of our collective imaginations.

People arrived late as usual... Some of them got lost... and some of them didn't show up! If all 3 of these are not met whenever a meet is scheduled, then it's not an official meet... :D

Good to see the "regulars" out... Haven't seen JP73 in a long time (I hope I got that handle right...).
It's too bad the guest of honor didn't show up... Even the guy who promised to be there didn't show up! (that was you Mic, just to make sure...)
