AB Mazdaspeed Muffler Import?

I was just wondering if anyone has imported a mazdaspeed muffler, or if there are any good dealers in canada. The dealership quoted me 1260 for the part alone. There has to be a better deal somewhere. I know from the states it is 690US + plus shipping and what not. Has anyone done this and had troubles at the border?

Thanks for your replies.

I brought mine in from the US, but I got it through Mazdaspeed team support, so probably not much good to you.
I would try another Canadian dealer however, although I seem to recall Mazda recently increased the price on some of these parts. Have you tried Al at Scarboro Mazda on this forum? Their prices seem fair, and they've been a real asset to the forum.

As for installing it, it took me about an hour by my self in the garage to install mine, so if you have some ramps/jack stands and basic tools, you should be fine, so don't fall for them charging you a lot extra for the install. (And don't be afraid to order it from somewhere else.)

Here's the price my dealer quoted me! A bit pricey compared to the U.S. even with exchange/duties. I'll be ordering next week the CAI intake for under 300 U.S, Will update you later.

Mazdaspeed
CAI intake is $615.55
Labour $192

Dual Sport Exhaust is $1264.88
Labour $96

WTF. Don't buy it man, seriously don't buy it. You can buy the racing beat exhaust (which is the best imho) and buy an AEM cold air intake for less than 1200$. I suggest you should go with the route I told you if you want another quiet exhaust.
