What's up guys. I'm flying up to thunder bay tomorrow to pick up one these sweet sweet machines, 04 Velocity Red 6spd. I'm down for meets and cruises of any happening in spring.

But definitely can't wait for spring... new suspension and springs... and of course the summer rims/tires

haha yes i am . now the drive....holy F* this car is simply phenomenal!! pushing it is rewarding!! that was the drive of my life haha cliche but true. the roads up there are SO tempting the hills, the corners the corners cresting the hills...amazing drive. and the ppl up there are so kind, oncoming flashes if cops ahead and hell a close call was doing buck 25 around a corner i really should be doing 90 , uncoming undercover flashes his lights surprisingly he didnt turn around i think he meant "slow down" all in all i had a hell of a lot of fun! got to know the car, got the hand of premixing while i was at it.

Ladies, meet Scarlet, 04 Velocity Red 6spd, 59,***KM, new engine with ~10,000KM. Hid heads, HID fogs, short shifter, full exhaust - racing beat headers and cat delete, turbo xs cat back (extra turbo xs race pipe for either deafening the innocent or track days)

Most of us who have Cobbs have had them tuned by MazdaManiac. If you can get a used one for cheap, grab it. If not, it's kinda expensive for what it does.

 

Well see, one of the main reasons I made the trip to thunder bay is the extras the dude threw it with the car, all the exhaust parts, a simota intake (not installed atm) and a cobb accessport! Its got the off the shelf tunes, and i just got the accesstuner software might do a little research and screw around with it, nothing that I find intimidating though. Will most likely go MazdaManiac route when it gets warmer.

Lol yaa. But it's getting there today will be a little teaser. Premix question. Any of you use Amsoil saber pro?

 

Ive been running the amsoil saber pro no problem for a while now but im gonna switch to the royal purple hpc because its easier for me to get . I normally run about 6 oz of premix per tank

 

Eddie and I are meeting up at the Wendy's/Tim Hortons at Salem Rd and Hwy 2 in Ajax tonight at 9pm.
