oh, sucks about your door. Im guessing insurance had a $500 deductable. If there was a deductable you could have got a CF door, but then its another 500 for the other one!
*EDIT: Just checked it and the CF door is $1300, and im not sure if thats for 2...
I only come to the bar during the summer when my gf goes back to hk since my gf is over protective and doesnt let me go out anywhere.
As for the club meets being at Promise, the parking lot there is only empty when its late and it going to be full later on when Destiny finishes their renovations. The No frills parking lot is nice and empty however, I even see people drifting in that parking lot from time to time. As for convenience... I live on 16th and Woodbine >.<

About the bar...we had meets before in the bar last year haha. I am a good friend of the bar owner.
Moreover, I usually park at the back since there were some fcking van (I think) who scratch/bumped my side door and costing me 500 to fix...I only park outside when I feel comfortable.
Maybe we can have some club meets there too ... since its closer to Scarborough/401 folks

dark/foot/thief: i was just about to post bout that lol.. ya not sure what asian girls are more overprotective... cbcs vs ones from hk proper... my experience tells me cbcs but then again the grass is always greener on the other side

I am not trying to form a Cantonese crew or what, but a RX8 Toronto/On.
sorry for the last (first) meeting we spoke a lot in Cantonese
as it was really out numbered.
This is a concern to me, for,
Member should always speak in English as a respect for the others.
Unless a member can't speak it well enough,
and any of us is always nice to do the translation of an question or a suggestion. :-D
(This condition apply when one or more member can't read Cantonese)
