Alright, I've been away long enough. I'd say it's time to find out who will be coming out to play this winter. :D

Do we want to stay at Kennedy Commons for now? (My issue with that location is, a bit of a lack of visibility for the group, we end up sort of stuck in the corner of the lot because it's so busy.)

Maffu, did you notice any difference in fuel economy and idling/drivability since seafoaming last month?

 

nope, no difference, actually if anything, my fuel economy got worse, light comes on at 300 to 310km now compared to before of 320 to 340 km. But I'd attribute that to colder temperatures and driving at higher revs (I don't use 6th gear in local roads anymore, since you guys said not to, I used to put it to 6th gear right after i hit around 60km/h or so)

I vote for Kennedy Commons! I know Aron has his winter beater out as well. Let's decide early, so everyone knows if there is a meet or not.

 

I am down for a meet if there's one. decision on location? I don't mind either or (red maple is closer for me :P but whatever haha). I'll be rolling in my chick magnet station wagon

I actually wanna vote for Woodbine & 16th Ave, wanna see how it looks like now at night time, u know..... and T&T supermarket hasn't open yet, at night time shouldn't be that busy for now. I don't know

 

I'd be up for Woodbine as well, but given dwindling numbers we had seen this year, I suspect we'll miss out on too many people.

So we have 3 for Red Maple, 2 for Kennedy. Any other votes?

 

I won't be able to make this one. I have to be up north until about 9pm then it's a two hour drive back to drop my brother off at home. Probably won't get there until 12am which I'm sure you guys won't be there anymore.

The good news is that the 8 is going back on the road on monday and I think my rat problem has been solved. I'm excited, I can't stand to have to see it every day and not be able to drive it. I pick up my winter tires and wheels next week too, looking forward to that.
